Wenndy uses breath control and support exercises to free the sound and resonance of the instrument to achieve true freedom. Her organic technique allows students to maximize their strengths, reduce their weaknesses, and powerfully express their messages and uniqueness.

1: Identify the correct alignment and posture.
2: Use correct breath control.
3: Identify and use support muscles.
4: Use resonating cavities to find natural placement.
5: Discover how to get out of your own way.

Teacher Bio:
Wenndy MacKenzie has numerous concert, album, film soundtrack, Broadway show and television credits. She has sung in concert and on records with major acts including: The Moody Blues, Melissa Manchester, Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, Peter Frampton…just to name a few. She was the recipient of the Gypsy Rose Award for her Broadway performances. She currently stars as the Co-Host along-side Carter Roy, in the pod cast hit series “Unsolved Murders: True Crime Stories” on the Parcast Network. Wenndy also teaches a weekly improvisation class carrying on the brilliant and powerful work of the Groundlings founder and creator, Gary Austin. (
